Refund policy
We offer refunds or exchanges only if the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong selection, or sizing preferences.
Damages, defects, and incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To submit a claim, email us at contact@bokla.ae with:
• Your order number and proof of purchase
• Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage
• Photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged
If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue. We may request the item to be returned before processing a replacement or refund.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Non returnable items
Except for approved defect or damage claims, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised items
• Used or worn items
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
